Taking place at Quinta Alta Vista, Monchique, Portugal in a beautiful setting with breath-taking mountain views, this exclusive retreat has the ingredients for healing on all levels.

This retreat came about over the past year when three friends and explorers, Davina Lloyd, Simon Ralph and Paul Roche were inspired to put together a transformative healing experience. Davina and Simon who manage Quinta Alta Vista are constantly evolving this creation and do so largely with the vision of sharing it as a special place for healing. Organic fruits and vegetables grown on the property are nourished by natural ground water which literally flows out of the mountain.

One of our aims is to provide you with a relaxed and natural environment in combination with the healing sessions to cultivate empowered, personal inner unfoldings and manifest Life opportunities which previously seemed impossible.

The retreat will be for a period of 3-days (4-nights) afternoon check-in and will finish after breakfast on the final day. During the retreat you will experience therapeutic benefits which include;

• Fresh organic plant-based meals

• 2 x transformational ceremonies of light, insight and healing

• Life changing individual energy clearing session

• Learning how to use highly effective energy healing techniques in a practical group workshop

• Visualisation and writing self-exploration workshop

• Earthing sessions in bare feet

In addition to the main items listed about, there will be personal time for you to relax, meditate, do yoga (indoor and outdoor) and wander around the Quinta Alta Vista estate.

The cost of the retreat is €700 per person and includes all the listed items including meals and accommodation. The cost does not include airport transfers. Please let us know if you need transport so we can arrange it at reasonable cost to and from Faro airport.
