Self-realisation is the realisation that the self is an illusion of thoughts, words and actions. There is a play unfolding and nobody has control over it. One creative awareness enacting all roles and manifesting all the stage props. This truth is in plain sight. When it is seen it cannot be unseen.

To be convinced that I am the role being played and that I have free will is one of the most amazing achievements in the whole of creation. For the illusion to believe it and it’s story is real.
